Year round - Sunday through Thursday nights - Rate is $115 including tax per room per night (DOES NOT INCLUDE freshly brewed coffee or breakfast; an electric kettle with instant coffee and tea is always available; we recommend Kate's Coffee up the street for breakfast)
Standard Occupancy is 1-2 people. Two rooms have the capability of 3 people - no bedding or linens provided for the third person, additional $50/night including tax for the third person. If we provide bedding and linens, additional $75/night including tax for the third person. Please check availability when booking.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made within 24hours will have a $25 cancellation fee assessed..
Check In: 4:30pm - 6:00pm. An early check in up to 3:00pm can be arranged for an additional $25 Early Check in Fee
Check Out: by 11:00am. Unless we have arranged a late check out, there will be an added Late Check Out Fee of $20 for every 20 minutes past 11:00am and after 12:30pm you will be charged another night's fee and still asked to leave if your room is already booked.
Smoking and Pets: Due to owner's allergies, Smoking is only allowed in designated outdoor areas and Pets are not allowed.
Children: So that we may provide a relaxing environment for our guests we are an Adults Only facility. (exceptions for children if all 4 rooms are booked by one group, maximum of 4 children; ask for more details).
PLEASE NOTE: We have the right to refuse anyone who is too intoxicated and may be a disturbance for other guests.
If there are any complaints of loud or foul language or behavior that is a disturbance there will be a minimum $50 Disturbance Fee charged. Additionally, if you are asked to be quiet more than twice you may be asked to leave and no refunds will be made.
